What we Provide for Transmission & Distribution Lines

Cal Engineering Solutions will utilize industry standard software PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE (Wood, Concrete, & Steel) software to design your transmission needs.

Our Engineers can provide pole designs for your particular area, and by using PLS-CADD, you are assured that the latest ASCE & NESC or GO95 rules and regulations are followed at minimum. Our experienced engineers and designers have extensive knowledge of the most complicated designs whether your project is located in the city limits topography, in the mountains, or in the country.

Cal Engineering Solutions engineers and operators have been trained and licensed directly by Power Line Systems (PLS) and currently holds multi-license agreements with PLS.

Project Management

Cal Engineering Solutions administers all the project contracts as a focal point for the owner. We can support our client with project need, alternate solutions, location, cost justification, documentation, and project presentation. Because we will pass the cost through with minimal mark ups, this will save our clients time and money.

Construction Management:

Cal Engineering Solutions will use internal staff for any and all inspection resources to conduct construction audits to assure construction quality on substations, transmission, and distribution projects. This optimizes the client resources and brings accountability to the contractors.
